Carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales e Informáticos, 2021-08) Semblantes Quinche, Walter Danilo; Mayorga Mayorga, Franklin OswaldoThe subject of the project is focused on developing a web system for the billing process, reading and consulting the spreadsheets, in the Picaihua parish drinking water administration board "Mollepamba", allowing the data to be handled properly obtained for the respective item to be collected. Among the main pillars of this project is to find that the developed platform is focused on easy access and compression by the people who are going to handle it. The main screen will allow users to enter their data and consult the values to be canceled are these by means of your personal data or the specified meter number. On the other hand, it is expected that said platform is safe and meets the demands of the users of the Mollepamba Water Board, it should be added that this project has been the result of the compendium of knowledge that has been acquired during university life and that have made it possible to implement safe and accessible effective software. Regarding the operating model of the system, it is based on systematic steps starting with the development of the Software Development Plan where the specifications and requirements of the Software will be detailed, then a document will be prepared indicating the architecture of the Software, development and commissioning of the system, as well as possible failures and their solutions. Finally, with the definition of the Software, a first prototype is generated which will be evaluated under a trial and error tabulation that will later be refined, correcting its possible failures and resulting in a second functional prototype that results in its Implementation.
