    This research topic is developed on the theme: "The family atmosphere in the Motor Development of Children of 0-3 years are with their mothers deprived of liberty" which had as its overall objective to determine how it affects the family environment motor development of children aged 0-3 years are with their mothers deprived of freedom, and as specific objectives: To assess the home environment, assess motor development and compare the family atmosphere and the level of motor development. We worked with a population of 10 children and 10 mothers who are in the center of detention and 10 children and 10 mothers which are in the neighborhood Miraflores Alto, for a total of 40 individuals under investigation This research is descriptive. Observation technique and an instrument Assessment Scale Nelson Ortiz was used to determine the level of children's motor development, and the Abbreviated Scale Home for gathering information to determine the quality of family environment where children develop, these instruments were applied to the two groups under investigation resulting in that family environment if it influences the motor development of children of 0-3 years are with their mothers deprived of freedom.
