Esp.Schönlein-Henoch, is a disease of unknown etiology and autoimmune pathogenesis (1), is characterized by the appearance of non-thrombocytopenic purpura characteristic distribution in the lower limbs and buttocks, often accompanied by arthralgia, abdominal pain and renal involvement.(1.2) The symptoms are different, and most often affect the skin, where it produces palpable purpura, more intense characteristic distribution buttocks and lower extremities, abdominal pain. Purple, arthritis and abdominal pain are the "classic triad" of the disease. (1) Abdominal pain is generated by colic, and may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhea. (1.2) The case analyzed is a male patient seven years, goes with his parents to IESS Latacunga, referring to 5 days before, without any apparent cause, presents petechial lesions on the lower limbs and buttocks, watery rhinorrhea, abdominal pain and temperature rise , attend private doctor where laboratory tests performed according mother and categorized as allergy and upper respiratory tract infection and prescribed Ibuprofen every 8 hours 7.5 ml and 6.5 ml Loratadine every 12 hours with what table shows improvement for 3 days, but injuries have increased becoming painful and persistent abdominal pain and increases in intensity, table accompanied by joint pain accompanied by slightly painful swelling at the level of ankles, muscle pain situation that causes difficulty with ambulation, lower limb edema, temperature rise, hyaline rhinorrhea, diarrheal watery stools without odor with presence of mucus and blood 3 times 2 times vomiting of food content and hyporexia, why go. For the above we reached the following diagnostic impressions: Henoch-Schonlein, acute diarrheal disease and the common cold.
