    “Síndrome de desgaste profesional y su influencia en las estrategias de afrontamiento en profesionales de la salud que laboran en los centros de salud del distrito 18do6”.

    The main research question was to determine if the Professional Attrition Syndrome influences the coping strategies of health professionals working in the health centers of district 18D06. For the analysis, the postulates were taken as the Maslach Bornout Inventory Questionnaire by Christina Maslach and Jackson, and for coping the styles mentioned in the Scale of Strategies of Coping Created by Tobin, Holroyd, Reynolds and Kigal in 1989 and adapted to the Spanish by Cano, Rodríguez and García in 2006. Within the study in the first chapter you can find the research problem with an analysis of contextualisation maso, meso, micro, likewise the justification and the objectives set. In the second chapter we can observe the theoretical framework where we find in detail previous investigations and the theoretical component of each of the variables that were treated in the present study. In the third chapter the methodological framework is described giving information about the methodology used, the way in which the sample was obtained and the respective description of the tests or batteries used. The fourth chapter includes the results obtained from each variable with their corresponding tables and figures, as well as the verification of the hypothesis through Chi2. In the last chapter the conclusions and recommendations are shown based on the objectives set in the research work.
