Journalistic and communicational affects even more when shared information is unsubstantiated; the same applies to the authorities in charge of public safety, for the media reveal thefts, burglaries, gang violence and violence in general, but the authorities have major blows to drug trafficking, dismantling of criminal gangs, among others, so ordinary citizens reveals that the perception of the authorities in charge of security does not provide the guarantees necessary to avoid becoming victims of theft considered misdemeanor, existing mistrust and credibility in the authorities of criminal control.
