The sociolabor this condition established as for the formation that a person has from the childhood, being so this the nature or set of characteristics that he identifies an individual of other one. At present, there exist several social phenomena that can manage to produce an imbalance in the personal, familiar stability and of the context in general; principally when many of them meet demonstrated by the influence of the environment before that for the familiar education. Nevertheless, without need of influence, there exist several persons who interfere in the social phenomena simply for the curiosity before the unknown thing and for trying to observe very closely since the things happen inside these worlds. As social phenomenon, one of that leads the list, is the alcoholism, being this the most affluent problem in the company. We consider many of the times to be that the above mentioned problem sees present in teenagers and young women, but it turns out that it is a phenomenon that attacks all without any type of distinction. In such a way that one is going to give appointment to the reasons and consequences of the alcoholism specifically in the labor area. The place of work, it is our second home, because there most of the day is remained, realizing functions chord to our knowledge and skills, to offer a service to the company, independently if the same one is public or private. Now well if we relate the phenomenon of the alcoholism to the labor area so that it is influencing the behavior and attitudes of the employers, it is in this moment when a lack of coordination starts existing in the work, since it starts appearing labor absenteeisms, fines and sanctions for coming in condition etílico to the work, dismissals and other consequences that are needed labor partner determines in the condition across the present investigation.

The present analysis is based on an investigation of the Technical University of Ambato, about the political participation in the Salasaca woman, the same one that was carried out with a sample of 354 individuals of the indigenous population of Salasaca, province of Tungurahua. The theoretical framework was made from a methodological proposal of southern theories that establishes a dialogue of transcultural knowledge and translations, favoring a qualitative-quantitative investigation, surveys and approaching through visits. Emphasis was placed on the processes of exogenous and endogenous colonization, which affected the construction of gender and its roles. The influence of the cycle of poverty in which women have been submerged, due to their exposure of a colonization imposed by the Spanish conquest, and perpetuated by the Ecuadorian mestizo culture that ended in little access to education, socioeconomic status and political participation. In the absence of these activities, there is no awareness of the way in which the human being wants at all times to intervene in a healthy and democratic political participation, this is confirmed by the data obtained in the research, in subjects of citizenship and the principles of participation.

This research analyzes one of the social problems that has remained and still remains a topic of debate in society, where men are the main entities of study. It seeks to analyze and know why men violated by their partner and in turn seek methods to stop this problem, taking into account that it is as normal as violence against women. For many years the masculine gender has remained the strongest, according to the functions it performs, but today gender equality and guarantees for the female gender, has allowed human rights to be violated in a certain way, causing psychological and somewhat physical damage, damaging the physical and mental integrity of the individual. During the investigation, we will see that psychological violence towards men is the most practiced, since the female gender does not express their anger in a certain way with physical aggression or beatings. It seeks to emphasize that violence against men is also an important issue to eradicate, since we all enjoy the same constitutional rights, which guarantee physical and mental well-being in each of the individuals.
Intervención de la policia comunitaria en la violencia contra las niñas, los niños y adolescentes en la Parroquia Huambaló, Cantón Pelileo de la Provincia de Tungurahua

The joint work between the National Police and social services is the fundamental basis for combating the social problem of violence against children and adolescents. This investigation is based on the intervention provided by the Community Police in existing cases of abuse against children and adolescents. The results obtained helped to propose strategies to reduce this problem. In the work that the researcher has done, on the existence of violence against children and adolescents, it has been proven that with the joint work of the National Police and social services, aimed at working against mistreatment, they help to that this problem be fought and have symptoms of reduction; and in this way children and adolescents have an adequate integral development.
EL LEGADO ALCOHÓLICO DE LOS PADRES Y LOS PROBLEMAS EDUCATIVOS DE SUS HIJOS ADOLESCENTES, ESTUDIANTES DEL COLEGIO TIRSO DE MOLINA

El funcionamiento de la estructura familiar es la base primordial para construir comunidades y sociedades organizadas, en un mundo donde las personas puedan vivir en mejores condiciones. Esta investigación se basa en repercusiones de un legado alcohólico de los padres con afecciones educativas en sus hijos. Los resultados obtenidos ayudaron a plantear estrategias para reducir el impacto dentro de los afectados. En trabajos anteriores que la investigadora ha realizado, sobre la resiliencia de los hijos de alcohólicos, se ha probado que hijos de padres alcohólicos, si llegan a ser buenos estudiantes, inclusive profesionales. Pero siempre estuvo presente la inquietud sobre el daño emocional que ocurre en los hijos de personas que consumen alcohol, y cuantas barreras tienen que pasar para poder estudiar, graduarse y ser profesionales.Family structure is an element basic in building organized communities and societies, and making this world better, were people could live in better conditions. This research studied the consequences of the alcoholic legacy given by the parents in a form of their children educational problems. The results of this work will help to introduce strategies to reduce the impact on the inflicted. The researcher had previously done an investigation over resilience in children of alcoholics; the results were the adults did become students and professionals. But that study did not emphasized the barriers and conflicts, and emotional problems they had to go thru. This investigation results indicates that they are a significant number of adolescents, students that are living this family crisis, whom have the right to have a better path in their lives.

Corporate social responsibility alters the behavior of organizations for the benefit of society. That is why the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito OSCUS Cía. Ltda., and its axis of social management towards the elderly members of the institution. That is why the objective of the research was to determine the influence of Social Responsibility on the quality of life of the elderly. For this, the level of compliance of the Social Responsibility programs executed with the Cooperative was identified. Subsequently, the level of quality of life of the older adult members was diagnosed. Likewise, the level of influence of social responsibility on the quality of life of the elderly was determined. The method applied was quantitative and descriptive, since a survey was applied to 376 members of the vulnerable group. The evaluation axes for social responsibility were economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility. While, for the quality of life, the dimensions were physical health, psychological health, leisure, environment, and economics. The findings revealed that 54% of those surveyed assured that the COAC does not have a budget to carry out social work activities towards the community, for this reason, they assure that the principle of social responsibility imposed by the Secretary of the Economy is not being complied with. Similarly, it was found that there is an influence of corporate social responsibility practices on the quality of life of senior members, since, as these practices are implemented, the well-being of the senior partner will continue to increase

Violence has been one of the main social problems, which has attacked children, adolescents, adults, families, communities and even countries that have been affected by this evil, either directly through blows, or Indirect, from a look to hurtful words that humiliate, symbolic violence is the precursor of direct violence (physical, psychological and sexual) is the main promoter and sponsor of oppression and discrimination. Some consequences of the "Symbolic Violence and the Family Context of the Students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato". Similarly, the study of the Family Context, the stereotypes, roles, functions and responsibilities that society has imposed for men and women is addressed. It is intended to start the path that can answer the question ¿What can we do in this context? The creation of a "Proposal for Strengthening Transversal for Gender Equality", which highlights the importance of equality of rights and opportunities between women and men, developing processes to raise awareness, promote and disseminate gender equality policies.
