Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2021-03) Paredes Lozada, María Verónica; Naranjo Gamboa, Byron OrlandoEducation, since the Covid -19 virus pandemic began and when the confinement of the population was authorized without allowing millions of students to return to the classroom, has been one of the sectors that has had to undergo great changes; in which state authorities, authorities of educational institutions, parents, teachers and students have worked tirelessly to keep up with the academic schedule, since there was never the option of stopping this educational process. For this reason, the present work proposes to identify the methodological strategies and educommunication models that have been used as tactics in the teaching-learning process during the Covid-19 health emergency at La Inmaculada Educational Unit; For which a qualitative methodology is used, with information gathering through interviews and focus groups carried out with students and teachers of the institution through the zoom platform, in this work an analysis of the methodological strategies applied before and after during the pandemic for the teaching-learning process. During the research, small changes were made in the methodological strategies of teachers in their transition from face-to-face to virtuality, in addition, the exogenous model continues to prevail when establishing activities to teach students, likewise, teachers and students do not know about Educommunication, in fact, educators identify the media only as tools to educate, therefore, educommunication is not understood, nor its models as transdisciplinary options to be able to provide efficient proposals that help achieve a teaching process - meaningful learning by students
