    Evaluación del efecto protector de Poli-D-glucosamina sobre el Oidium sp en Rubus glaucus Benth

    This research was conducted in the Surangay hamlet, Huambalo parish, Pelileo canton, province of Tungurahua, on the property of Mrs. Gloria Guilcapi. Gloria Guilcapi. The main objective of our research was to evaluate the protective effect of Poly-Dglucosamine on Oidium sp in Rubus glaucus Benth. The variables evaluated were: infection index and symptom evolution time, using the poly-D-glucosamine molecule, control 1, without application of poly-D-glucosamine and control 2 with penconazole molecule. The methodology was experimental, a completely randomized block design was used, with a total of eight treatments and three replications, the hypothesis tests were evaluated using the Tukey test at 5%. Data were taken from 10 leaves at random for each treatment. The results obtained confirmed that after finishing the evaluation of the different doses of Poly-D-glucosamine, based on the statistical analysis of the 5% Tukey test, it was determined that the most efficient dose to generate protective effect on Oidium sp on Rubus glaucus Benth was D2 (Poly-D-glucosamine 2cc/l,) with an average of 33.33% of the incidence, therefore, it can be an alternative for the preventive control of Oidium sp on Rubus glaucus Benth
