    The present research project is conducted with the primary goal of improving the health conditions of the inhabitants of the community through the implementation of a sewage system and a treatment plant for wastewater. In developing the project it was necessary to collect field data, such as surveys and the topography, in order to understand and evaluate the current conditions of the area. By implementing the sewage system it pretends to evacuate the wastewater produced in the homes of community residents in an appropriate manner, which will be held through PVC pipes working by gravity to guide the flow of wastewater to the treatment plant where it will follow a process of elimination or reduction of contaminants in the water to discharge the riverbed without causing environmental impacts. Once completed the project design, the drafts, unit prices, reference budget with their respective technical specifications which will be required at the time of execution of the project. After finishing this process, one will proceed to the delivery of the study and system design of wastewater disposal to the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Santiago of Píllaro, so that in the future it could implement the project in the best way.
