    Financial management has become an art that handles appropriate tools, according to the needs of each company, allowing them, to take timely decisions through the proper use of financial information, minimizing risks to become a powerful financial, control and planning instrument, which preserves the existence of the companies. This case study aims to determine whether the financial management affects the liquidity of the Service Station "San Miguel" in 2015. The methodology that was used for the development of this analysis is bibliographic and at field, using a quantitative qualitative approach with a correlational and descriptive level, to estimate the incidence of financial management on liquidity, it has been applied instruments such as, the check list and the worksheet, for this reason it is concluded that there is a directly proportional relationship between the variables study. This research presents a financial management model that includes: financial statement analysis, forecasting, budgets, and cash control methodologies that will improve liquidity levels and the use of financial resources of the company.
