    This research seeks to analyze whether the Quality of Working Life has a significant influence on the Organizational Effectiveness of AUTOMOTORES DE LA SIERRA S.A. This study was carried out with the total staff (121) of the parent agency located in Ambato City, to whom it was applied a survey questionnaire consisting of 21 items covering the most relevant dimensions of the variables under study. The results show that the Quality of Working Life ranks on a highly good level and that this significantly affects the level of Organizational Effectiveness the company can reach. Despite the medium to high level the company has in relation to the independent variable, it was shown that there are some areas requiring urgent attention, such as: balance between work and family, promotion opportunities and support from superiors to address work issues, taking this into account is presented as an approach develop a guide for family, work and life balance, in which three measures are included to help improve the three areas mentioned above which will increase the Quality of Working Life level and therefore the Organizational Effectiveness.
