    In today's world, companies face a number of internal financial management problems, because the markets are more competitive is increasingly important to make accurate and best management decisions for a good development of the company tooperate efficiently, within order to make timely decisions. The purpose of this researches to apply a modelo ffinancial management through the monitoring systembeads, using management indicators that allow to users to take decisions on behalf of the Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltda Picaihua. The information obtained, reduces uncertainty and supports the process of decision making in the company. Many companies that require the analysis of performance indicators submitted to watch dog to make countless decisions, however they only know an approximation of it because you do not have the finance department with sufficient training on the subject.
