    Trabajo en Equipo en las Asociaciones un estudio del Programa Hilando el Desarrollo de la Economía Social y Solidaria

    The Social and Solidary Economy as main axis of the fair, democratic, productive, solidary and sustainable economic system believes projects and programs to improve the conditions of life of people. The Program Spinning the Development is an employment source for the textile branch that involves the participation of shops in the elaboration of school kits. The asociatividad like initiative of the current government for the participants of the Program Spinning the Development believes more flexible mechanisms so that indistinctly the individuality becomes an equal work and exactly. The shops impact with a problem like it is it the team work many of the associations they work mistakenly, it is known that the shops are involved more with their relatives than with unknown people it is in and of itself that a labor confidential excess is generated and the personnel doesn't fulfill integrity their tasks and assignments. This project proposes a methodological framework, which will meet each of the members of the task associations should play in each phase, with this implementation will have clear objectives to be achieved and the responsibility that each must perform comply with the supervision and monitoring of its leader or owner.
