    The present investigation is aimed at determining the shortcomings and inconveniences that occur in the interior spaces of the Pelileo Red Cross, which affects the correct development of doctors and patients and affects the quality of the medical services of this institution, for which The hospital areas will be analyzed and studied both in emergency, as well as those of consultation and laboratory analysis. The health house to be recognized worldwide and for its community work in favor of people of limited resources provides medical care facilities of an economic nature for those who attend this institution, this generates the agglomeration of users in their facilities, so that it is necessary to perform an interior design intervention with appropriate characteristics for good medical performance. The problem arises because is a construction has many years of useful life and has not been intervened or adapted to current needs since it was built in 1949, presenting deterioration of materials in the interior spaces of the institution, such a reason and because of the increase in population it is necessary to readjustment of spaces using health norms and regulations that govern globally to obtain adequate and healthy environments that allow the patient to have the confidence and security to be treated in this health home. An adequate interior design study of all the medical services offered by this health center, will solve several mobility problems for both doctors and patients, problems of work performance within narrow spaces, physical and mental fatigue of all staff as it does not It has adequate physical factors such as natural lighting and adequate ventilation.
