    The language is one of the fundamental skills in people who want to live here from the first years of life, we allow you to express ideas, feelings, knowledge and form of people with other people, they will thank you for the maturation of the nervous system, the cerebrospinal fluid. and cognitive and socio-emotional facilities, this is an objective objective, identifying the level of oral language development, in children from 4 to 5 years old from the San Miguel Special Children Foundation, to design a technical resource manual the final estimate of the oral language, the manual is created in the application of the Oral Language Code of Navarre PLON-R, using the methodology of the quantitative investigation, descriptive for each variable and with a prospective design, in the results evidence that 30% of children are returning to oral language and 70% need to improve, according to the level of thinning content at their level the oral language is a child and adherent to the dimensions of the oral language it represents the differences that the use of technology as a therapeutic strategy permits that the child develops divorced, and that the necessary technical needs are unnecessarily the therapist or caregiver.
