    This research work aimed to determine the postural changes that occurred in first-time mothers in the first trimester of breastfeeding through a physiotherapeutic file designed by the graduate, this research is of great importance since this topic has no specific research references on the subject. The methodology of this research is qualitative quantitative of a cross section. For the preparation of this study, two groups were carried out, the first group is the control group consisting of 10 first-time pregnant women in the last trimester of pregnancy and the evaluation group consisting of 10 first-time mothers in the first trimester in breastfeeding, in the center Villena doctor, adults. The data were collected by the evaluator, for which the first part (the history and affiliation data) was evaluated in the medical center, and the postural evaluation was performed in the homes of each participant in advance.
