(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales e Informáticos, 2022-09) Lesano Pérez, Franklin Vicente; Núñez Miranda, Carlos Israel
Logistical challenges in personal and public transport currently require systems to know their location in real time, so it is intended to work on a Mobile Application of Geo-Location in real time, for the Private Transport of Plasticaucho Industrial S.A of the City of Ambato, this application will serve us for the administration and control of the mobilization processes. For this reason, to achieve our main objective, we must first analyze the travel processes carried out by Plasticaucho Industrial S.A., followed by establishing the geolocation structure to integrate the mobile application and finally integrate the application to the mobilization processes. The present investigation was field and bibliographical, the use of: surveys, interviews and thesis were made, the level that the investigation covered was descriptive, explanatory and exploratory, considering that the investigation required several points of view. The development of the mobile application collects the geographical points through the GPS of the mobile device, sends them to a database and is later retrieved to display it on a map in real time, with this the administration can draw reports of the routes. As an additional utility, in the same way our own consumers can observe the location in real time through the mobile application. And it should be noted that the application registers successfully and with high accuracy, improving in the operational part so that they can manage and anticipate their line, reduce delays and from the corporate side reduce compensation costs for arrears.
