    The company is dedicated to providing educational services of initial, primary and high school according to educational standards, providing warmth and quality to students. At present, he struggles every day to ensure his well being in the market, and to excel at the different inconveniences that several similar children's centers have presented due to the execution of an uncontrolled financial administration. The present case analysis consisted of diagnosing the financial administration and the decision making in the Elite Celite Educational Unit, where the real situation allows the elaboration of a financial plan, necessary, for the emergence of the same, serves as a means of connection, thus allowing, recording, transmitting, analyzing, evaluating, executing in an orderly and methodical way the functions that each worker must fulfill. With all the information gathered above, a financial plan model was proposed, according to the needs and services provided by the institution, detailing the organizational structure, job title, consecutively we present the procedures of the main activities and the description of activities of each employee. The conclusions reached were that there is empiricism of functions because it does not have a specific organizational structure, there is a certain lack of knowledge in the functions. It was evidenced that this proposal is necessary to obtain a result according to the expectations of the school.
