    The company PROMETAL Ambato conducts its business of wholesale and retail of hardware, specifically in the Canton Ambato; the company is located at Rua Ayllón and First Printing. It is for this reason that this research has focused on marking a comprehensive analysis of internal and external business environment in order to establish digital communication strategies that will allow the company as to increase market share in the company PROMETAL city of Ambato. Data from surveys is determined that a total of 247 customers surveyed 49% feel that the company should develop strategies for digital communication, this strategy will provide the necessary guidelines to increase market share The proposal resulting from the research wing was oriented to developing strategies for digital communication because today online businesses have a much lower traditional cost and give you more control and profit, which is an ideal means to increase sales, reduce costs and increase profits.

    The Great Chicken Poultry Farm is a company dedicated to the breeding and marketing of broilers, the company provides a service and product quality, with 17 years of experience in the poultry sector the company has developed significantly in the production reaching 30,000 quarterly market bid birds. It is for this reason that this research has focused on making a comprehensive analysis of internal and external business environment, in order to establish digital communication strategies that will allow the company to improve customer relations and increase sales, in order that the company may be encouraged sustainably in the timeline. The results obtained in the field research applied to customers of the company show that it is important to correct issues as they are positioning the brand through social networks, so it is necessary to use new technologies to position the company efficiently at the regional and national market. To end the research proposal is focused on design and establish a digital communication strategy based on social networks that will enable the company to generate high-value content for the user and that it can interact with the company on a daily basis, allowing the company provides daily information to the market because it is a digital tool to position the company to current and potential customers, it has outlined the company's image in different social networks, the main Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, to the Poultry Farm, to improve the promotion and communication of product and customer service.

That is the reason why the work is focused to do an extensive research on Intellectual Capital and the development of job skills in order to propose a Management Plan in the Intellectual Capital to improve the job skills in the company. Through the data produced in the internal customer research, we found many aspects as the know that there is not an adequate organizational system that affects the interaction between staff, besides the work environment needs a change, we must develop skills in the company staff to create a success and it will forge a business future. As a result of this research we propose the implementation of a Plan of Human Capital Management to improve the development of the skills, which will help to improve the customer relationships and provide a better service, using effectively the strategies of intellectual capital of a company in order to increase the ability of this company to respond to economic conditions that satisfy the need for trained talent.

The wood has the requirements of the Ministry of Environment. Maderas Guerrero wants to solve the business problem, the problem in the company is communication plan and corporate image. Today, communication is important in business management, Maderas Guerrero does not have a communication plan, so this affects the corporate image, for this reason the proposal is to design a communications plan to improve the management of corporate image.
