Where can be determined that, if there is influence of family functionality on academic performance being the main causes of this poor communication in the family, in addition to no adaptability in terms of their roles and standards and lack of permeability to the moment of resolution of family conflicts. The methodology used to develop the research is a quantitative approach through the application of 60 surveys where questions are asked to know the level of family functioning of each of the beneficiaries, in addition to request the report of individual grades of children and young boys. Family dysfunction occurs because the family group can not solve the conflicts present in their daily life, thus causing misunderstanding lack of communication and disinterest on the part of the parents in activities that are related to the educational environment of the children, which causes that these do not comply with what is required by teachers and reach low averages, affecting their future educational life because this can cause school repetition and educational backwardness. The beneficiaries will work in schools for parents and children, giving them knowledge about issues such as: responsible parenting, use of school platforms, family communication, among others.
