    El acompañamiento pedagógico de los docentes y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes del quinto año de educación básica paralelos A y B de la Unidad Educativa “Juan Benigno Vela”, provincia de Tungurahua, cantón Ambato

    The present investigation carried out in the Educational Unit Juan Benigno Vela province of Tungurahua canton Ambato, contributes in obtaining a quality education; The objectives are set: Analyze the process of pedagogical support of teachers, diagnose the level of student learning and thus contribute to the significant learning of students in their academic performance and improve their knowledge. In the methodology the quantitative and qualitative approaches stand out, the modalities were field and documentary bibliographic, in the levels or types the exploratory and descriptive excelled; The population was made up of 57 students and 9 teachers, working with the entire sample because it was a small population; In the techniques, the survey was used, as an instrument the structured questionnaire with 10 questions that facilitated the collection of data through proposed alternatives, after presenting the numerical information and statistical tables, the analysis and interpretation of the results were carried out; detailing that the teacher must use participatory strategies in the development of his class, in addition the students consider that the pedagogical reinforcement is necessary to improve the learning; after this, the respective hypothesis was verified with chi-square, to establish the respective conclusions and recommendations; determining that the teacher does not use through pedagogical reinforcement activities and strategies different from those handled in the classroom, in the same way that the student does not receive reinforcement activities in all subjects that improve their teaching-learning process and have no problems in your academic performance.
