Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2017-10) Guato Guilcapi, Silvia Patricia; Jordán Vaca, Jorge EnriqueThe present investigation is based on the influence of the organizational climate on the labor performance of the workers of the companies of the poultry sector of the province of Tungurahua, with the purpose of proposing alternatives of solution and of improvement that serve as guide to the managers of each of these companies Nowadays the organizational climate and the work performance has been considered a primordial subject within the companies, these two factors establish a great dependence between the one and the other, at the moment of carrying out investigations to obtain information that allow to diagnose the relation that has the company with its employees. For the development of this research, a qualitative and quantitative approach was used, a type of diagnostic and descriptive research, with which we proceeded to know the acquired results, thus considering the influence they have between the two variables in the activities of the workers to This was followed by the elaboration of a closed questionnaire which was applied to 350 workers. For the hypothesis test, the statistical tool of Chi square was used, allowing to verify the hypothesis of the investigation. The result that was obtained on the present investigation was that the organizational climate has a great relation with the labor performance of the workers because it is understood that the climate establishes the internal environment of the organizations reason why it is important the permanent evaluation of both the organizational climate as well as work performance in order to achieve the goals set and in this way to form an environment of companionship and affection among the members of the company.
