    El aprendizaje organizacional y su relación con los beneficios financieros en las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito de la provincia de Tungurahua

    The present research aims to establish the relation of organizational learning with financial benefits to contribute to improve the business results. According to it, organizational learning is diagnosed, the financial benefits of the Savings and Credits Cooperatives of Tungurahua Province are determined. The dimensions of higher incidence of the independent variable are analyzed over the dependent variable. A survey was carried out in Likert type scale; it consists with questions related to the after mentioned variables to the General Manager or to the Chief of human resources. The survey was applied to 52 cooperatives. The collected information was processed in the statistical package SPSS (Statistical Product and Service) to analyze the correlation between the dimensions of the variables. The research concludes that there is no significant relationship between organizational learning and the financial benefits, while it presents statistical significance, among some of the dimensions that make up organizational learning.
