    In the present research was to assess the extent it has the internal regulations for the improvement of work tasks. Simultaneously with the evaluation staff through a checklist, it was learned that the various aspects that lead to a desirable performance through a proper process control, given the negative side, the need for guidelines to be evident and addressing within the company. Internal procedures that currently manages the company, with a focus on improving business productivity is analyzed. Because it derived from the study deficiency in the use of resources, lack of control procedures, functions and tasks assigned are met are not described, compliance order is not as expected, all these problems carry a productivity does not satisfy the Emergency potential market. Finally it was determined that the company needs a Cyberland Shoes Internal Control design for improving urging the need for answers to the problems encountered, providing the company with tools that improve the management and this may lead to a desired productivity, efficient organization and the use of resources necessary for achieving objectives and targets in compliance with the corporate mission and visio.
