This research proposes the creation and use of a virtual classroom in which the teacher will use it to reinforce learning in class and improve the knowledge of English. It is aimed at teachers and students of the third year of general baccalaureate at the “Unidad Educativa Mayor Ambato” of the city of Ambato. It begins with an investigation and a survey of students to determine their needs. Then, the teacher interview was conducted in order to draw conclusions and recommendations about the needs of the course. With this procedure, we conclude that students have a failure in the development of English language skills, and teachers do not know the many advantages of Computer-Assisted Language Learning. That is why there is a proposal about the use of a virtual classroom which contains the contents of the year. In order to not have doubt about the use of the virtual classroom, I made two instructional guides about virtual classroom management for students and teachers in the institution that will be developed. These virtual classrooms will contribute positively in student performance as a fun way of teaching, and the teacher will be able to motivate English language learning with excellent results and qualifications.
