This Technical work is based on the vulnerability analysis from the qualitative point of view based quantitative components, evaluates and ranks various indicators that provide or are involved in structural stability. The components evaluated were: Structural system, roof type, type of material in walls, systems mezzanines, number of floors, year of construction, condition, characteristic of the soil under the building, site topography, form of construction plant, shape building elevation, overexertion, concrete strength, these parameters are directly involved in the structural seismic performance and attenuating or drastically increase your response (displacement). The assessment of the indicators was made based on certified standards, which contribute to the structural strength that is properly grounded and based on international regulations or proposals vulnerability assessment as the European code, the ATC-40, 356 Fema the National Risk Management Rules for vulnerability assessment at the local level, indicators for vulnerability assessment raised by the COVOT, and recommendations given by Cardona, 2010. These parameters led us to determine that the structures under study have low seismic vulnerability exposure referring to may be damaged but they will not be structural or they compromise their functionality.
