Item La programación neurolingûistica y la relación Académica profesor-estudiante en la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2017) García Morales, Mirta Analí; Viteri Torres, Walter FranciscoABSTRACT The academic relationship it’s an important matter of the educational area and it can be achieved due to Neurolinguistic Programming, the objective is to improve the communication between professor and student. In the educative process many difficulties can be shown, like barriers, blocks, fear, distrust, shyness, this is why the student doesn’t develop itself correctly in the educative ambit, the professors doesn’t know the benefits of using the new teaching technics such as Neurolinguistic Programming, due to this they don’t let the easy and flexible way for the student to learn, and they choose to continue with the traditional learning model where interaction and communication is minimal. The Neurolinguistic Programming makes an academic relationship between professor and student thanks to the use of the technics used by the PNL, this technics allows to put trust, interaction y what is most important, achieves a correct communication between professor and student. The present research seeks to apply the Neurolinguistic Programming and its technics to improve the academic relationship between the professor and the student of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the Universidad Tecnica de Ambato, this last will be beneficiated with the implementation of the technics as an input to contribute with the improvement of the academic relationship and student’s learning. With all the results obtained by the polls made in the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the Universidad Tecnica de Ambato we can conclude that the lack of trust, communication, interaction, and interest inside the classroom produce that the student doesn’t have an academic relationship professor-student , impairing the academic performance of students. The application of the Neurolinguistic Programming and its technics would help significantly to the development of an academic relationship professor-student in the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the Universidad Tecnica de Ambato.
