    The research is based on the use of meaningful learning in oral and oral and written expression in children aged 3-4 years, with reference where the contextualization develops, creating a problem tree and analyze its causes and effects to give an alternative to the dependent and independent variables with due justification and its objectives to continue the project. The research is based on the theoretical background to study their respective foundations; here the variables are developed to explain the significant learning and its importance in the teaching-learning process for the development of oral and written expression The research is qualitative, because it takes place in the scene and is quantitative because it seeks to explain the facts with numerical data and focuses on hypothesis testing; it must be verified through data collection, tabulation and represented in statistical tables, allowing accurate conclusions and recommendations. Through the study and necessity arises proposal: Development of an activity guide to potentiate meaningful learning in oral and written children expression for children of “Luz Elisa Borja" Childhood Educational Center - Quito. This proposed solution is feasible to be implemented with the active participation of the entire educational community, and the willingness to change and ongoing training.
