    The bodybuilder "COPSA" is a company dedicated to meet the demand in the metalworking sector, oriented to the manufacture and repair of bodywork with innovative designs, in 2012 granted an approval granted by the ANT prerequisite for body construction. This project has focused on a study of differentiation strategies and their impact on the market positioning of the bodywork company Copsa, in order to create differentiation strategies which allow improving the level of market positioning. The data produced by field research applied to prospective customers of the organization, said it is important to improve customer service; With the application of differentiation strategies that is integrated company performing actions to produce goods or services at acceptable cost needed to improve market positioning set. Therefore the design of strategies of differentiation is proposed to improve customer service and this in turn will allow to lead the market for a body builder and thus meet the objectives set by the organization

    The Decentralized Autonomous Government of the City of Canton Ambato is a governmental entity; the same that is located at Avenida Atahualpa, between Calle Rio Cutuchi, Avenida los Andes and Rio Palora, Huachi Chico.For the study of this research has sampled the Institutional Development and Human Talent GADMA. Here the importance and usefulness of an adequate Survey Process is observed, since it is now vital for the work they do each comprising the Department, it is for this reason that research is conducted in order to a thorough each of the processes and activities that develop analysis, in order to know what the problems are presented by the department. The present research focuses on the analysis and study of Survey Process and its relation to continuous improvement in the Institutional Development and Human Talent GADMA, due to the importance of specifying what happens within it and so we can raise administrative management tool that helps to better performance management. Thus, the resulting proposal of the research, the same as I routed by designing a Manual of Administrative Process to help improve the processes and activities carried out in the Department arises because it is a tool that helps optimize resources for better performance thereof.

    The company Dispacif SA in the province of Tungurahua, the Canton Ambato, is engaged in the marketing of consumer products distributing staples such as coffee, tasty corn, oats bulk Don Pancho, also has line whiskey is whiskey distilleries, all with the best intentions to serve their customers. The development of this research has as main objective to establish the use of appropriate and collaborative tool, intended to manage as best as a manual of procedures, the same that will be useful to improve the internal administrative process Company Dispacif SA city of Ambato, all applied by a manual of procedures for administrative staff of the company or organization. The results obtained in this research, is having identified the need and supplied to the existing business problem Dispacif city of Ambato, through a procedures manual, which enlists all administrative internal staff, is great help, since by means of the manual procedures take better internal control of administrative staff, and pampers time optimizing economic resources and human recuso. To end the research proposal is to have established a manual by the procedures by which, the company generates an impact, for internal administrative improvement of the organization, focusing on a very adequately in the administrative process of the company Dispacif city of Ambato.

    The company Casa Comercial Handro in their eagerness to serve customers born in May 2009 in order to offer products such as white goods, brown line, multiple line, technology and furniture, this service to the community is running four years. The problem affecting Comercial House Handro is the little knowledge they have about Relationship Marketing both applications and strategies that can be used as a tool to gain competitive advantage in a highly dynamic market is selling appliances, technology advances every day and businesses must be at the forefront with new products and competitive prices, another cause that can be observed is the empirical management team which has been handling business within their returns no staff with experience in the commercial area, but rather it has been managed as a family business based on trust in the professional activity of commerce and business. The data produced by field research applied to customers of the company show that it is important to correct aspects such as long-term relationships with customers, who are not mentioned in constant communication with its customers to offer their products and also make a track sales made, which prevents the company really take opportunities that can lead to customer loyalty and maximize your sales. So the research proposal resulting from the application routed by me telemarketing strategies, being a form of direct marketing where the phone is used to connect with current and potential customers and sell their products or services to the company mentioned house Commercial Handro can use telemarketing techniques to find potential customers, re-contact former customers of the business, or inform or offer a new product to its customers.
