Item Evaluación del valgo dinámico de rodilla en personas que realizan crossfit(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Carrera de Fisioterapía, 2022-03-01) Fiallos Quinteros, Julio Alberto; Espín Pastor, Victoria Estefanía Lcda. MscIn sports, dynamic knee valgus has been a risk factor to consider, where athletes have suffered from an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear, especially in contact or jumping sports, especially in women, due to to the anatomical structure present in women when performing a maneuver in a sport, it can generate a medial collapse of the knee, adduction plus internal hip rotation and tibial abduction, increasing the tension of the ACL, with the probability of producing a rupture of the same. To determine the biomechanical alteration of dynamic knee valgus in people who perform CrossFit in the sports center "The Rock Cross" This research is of an observational and cross-sectional type since data will be collected that will later be analyzed in a certain time, with a quali-quantitative approach, since values of the NRS scale will be measured and the evaluation of dynamic knee valgus starting with a total of 72 people from “The Rock Cross” sports center, who agreed to sign the Informed Consent. Of the total of 72 participants, 45 people had positive for dynamic knee valgus, of which 30/35 were women and 15/37 were men, with a mean age of 26.26 with a standard deviation of ± 7.70. According to pain with training time, the relationship between the two was 0.000, in terms of pain and dynamic knee valgus, only in the female sex its relationship was found to be 0.05. By evaluating the one-leg squat performed in different people and with the Kinovea application, the presence of dynamic knee valgus was observed in 62.5% of the population, mostly in women with 85.7% and men only 40.5%.
