    The Asociación Agropecuaria Quinlata, canton of Patate, is an organization dedicated to the production and marketing of fruit, ornamentals, herbs and fruits, which started activities since 1975, offering a healthier production cantonal, provincial and national, for the benefit of consumers. However with the technological development and environmental degradation that exists today, it has been necessary to take corrective actions to mitigate these shortcomings and focusing, better and greater production friendly to the environment and society in general. It is for this reason that the present investigation set off on an analysis of the relationship between the Environmental Management System and Productivity of Asociación Agropecuaria Quinlata, the canton Patate. On the other side which is diagnosed the existing productivity, thus socializing environmental measures to be implemented and proposing a design of an environmental management manual, so that in this way can improve productivity as described above Association. As the proposal is an adequate and appropriate structure to strengthen the implementation and awareness of environmental management systems, thereby paving the way to the members of the association under study, can take corrective action and also develop better the products offered, with efficient and suitable for environmental care processes.
