    Conductas Agresivas y Estrés Laboral de los Conductores de la Cooperativa Vía Flores de la ciudad de Ambato

    The research has been conducted to see if there is a relationship between aggressive behavior (physical aggression, verbal aggression, anger and hostility) and job stress of “Vía Flores” Co-op bus drivers in Ambato, this population of bus drivers has 80 people, all of whom are men aged between 25 and 50 years. As psychometric instruments has been raised using the test to identify Aggressive Behavior Aggression Questionnaire (AQ) - (Matalinares, et al, 2012) and reduced version Scale Stress Assessment (SEA) for further study to establish the relationship existing between the two variables. In Ambato city, Tungurahua Province aggressive behavior and job stress have an important relationship and they have been listed as a harmful phenomenon for society and that every day is increasing, where mentioned phenomenon occurs is in “Vía Flores” Co-op bus drivers. Most important risk factors for this problem are: family, economic and personal problems in which there is an influence of emotions on the cornerstones of human development.
