    The research focuses on how the early stimulation program of Water and Babies Spa in Quito city, if it is effective in the development of sensorimotor skills in children from 6 to 12 months, this topic focuses on the need to investigate and provide information for an optimal service that enables cognitive development from an early age and how it could be orderly and sequential, because of cognitive development in the first months is not usually strengthened correctly, people unknown how to do it, and what we must wait for one each month during your first two years; the information obtained is based on the cognitive development of the sensorimotor stage proposed by Jean Piaget; In order to know this development, the EAIS sensorimotor intelligence assessment scale was applied to 20 children aged 6 to 12 months, this scale allows us to identify the skills that children should perform according to the stages established in the theory, the present investigation performs a comparison of the initial sensorimotor skills and the progress obtained after applying the water and babies´s spa program, which combines motor, sensory and aquatic stimulation activities in its service.
