Item Los vínculos afectivos en el núcleo familiar y el síndrome de alienación parental,de los casos presentados en el Consejo de la Judicatura de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2020-11) Cisneros Herrera, Analí Carolina; Paredes Ruiz, Teresa de JesusThe investigative work refers to the affective bonds in the family nucleus and the parental alienation syndrome, of the cases presented in the Tungurahua Judicial Council, which mentions that the family, whatever its structure, is adjusted by a group of people of different interests in which the tension and the conflictive context between the generations, normally make a presence in family relationships and it is assumed as an insecure scenario, which demands help and external support for the organization of family relationships. Among the main characteristics that are established are affection, hate, satisfaction and all other emotions, often contradictory, individuals live processes that will establish their style of interaction in other contexts, such as school, work and their relationships affective outside its nucleus of origin. Affective bonds are the expression of the union between parents and children, an aspect that goes beyond the relationship of kinship and is in force in all educational tasks, providing family communication, security in difficult periods, establishing rules and its fulfillment. Hence, their occupations start beyond mere socialization or education, they also involve the satisfaction of their material, emotional and spiritual needs. Then arises from international organizations, the need to address in the countries that sign treaties or agreements these aforementioned situations, in which from the legal and emotional point of view there is the separation of the ties that unite the couple, however, the couples with children must learn to clearly differentiate two roles: that of partner and that of parents, and rework their concept of shared parental responsibility because with the end of the relationship their obligations and responsibilities with their children do not end. From a methodological perspective that approaches the mixed approach, with the Inductive-Deductive method that is based on two processes: induction will allow us to establish generalizations of affective bonds and the parental alienation syndrome, from the common, then from that generalization several logical conclusions will be deduced, which through deduction will translate into enriched generalizations, to form a logical unit. Thus, the use of the inductive-deductive method has many potentials such as the construction of knowledge. This structured project is then presented as follows: Chapter I containing the Theoretical Framework, where the Research Background, problematic situation, theoretical development, general objective, specific objectives, and a series of concepts and information that allow locating in real context affective ties in the family nucleus of the Tungurahua Judiciary, as the objectives of this investigation. In Chapter II, the methodology and operationalization of variables is presented, as well as the instrument that will support data collection. In chapter III, the analysis and discussion of results is expressed. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations
