    The present research project presents the Jclic Program in the Development of Comprehensive Language in children from 3 to 5 years old. With the objective, To determine how the Jclic Program influences the development of the comprehensive language of children from 3 to 5 years old. To obtain the data of the research, the Illinois Psycholinguistic Aptitude Test (ITPA) was used, which was applied individually to 50 children attending the Liceo Oxford Educational Unit of the City of Salcedo, which evaluates Listening Comprehension. and Visual Comprehension, are two important areas for the development of comprehensive language. The Jclic software is a new technology that helps Early Stimulation, to improve children's understanding and skills through interactive activities such as association, crossword puzzle, storytelling, association images. The most used activities were stories and images of association to better stimulate their attention. In the research it was observed that when applying the Jclic software the children have more interest and pay more attention. At the end of the investigation, the results can be positively reflected in the children. It is recommended that the Jclic computer program be used with the children of initial education I and II, to improve their schooling performance and the evolution of their learning.
