    La programacion neurolinguistica en la práctica docente de la Carrera de Comunicación Social de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato

    Neurolinguistic Programming from its inception was established as a way to know the mental strategies, which are expressed in emotions and performances, so it can be modified using its techniques and tools. Therefore, this work directs the use of nLP as a method to improve teaching practice, which is characterized by a number of skills that are susceptible to change. This method contains a high level of importance in its techniques and tools, because it expands the vision in the educational and professional area. In the research the influence of the NLP on the teachers of the Social Communication career of the Technical University of Ambato was analyzed, to know its impact were set the following objectives: to establish the levels at which the Programming is applied Neurolinguistics, analyze the results provided by research and understand how NLP is a feasible method in teaching practice. To achieve the above objectives, a survey of 11 questions was conducted to 16 teachers of the race, who stated mostly that the NLP is a viable and feasible method to use in the daily development of their classes, however, it is not taken into account, due to the lack of practice and inquiry into their techniques and tools. All this shows that research provides with necessary information, so that in the teaching practice alternative methodologies are incorporated, in the process teaching – learning.
