    La fotografía como herramienta de apoyo del desarrollo artístico en lugares públicos estratégicos de la ciudad de Latacunga

    The present project is elaborated with the purpose of fomenting the photographic art in the city of Latacunga, which based on a deep investigation determines the lack of knowledge and disinterest in the photographic artistic field, which results in a hollow market and of this Way is used to enter this area. The present project investigates cultural movements of diverse parts of the world, and focusing on the sector sierra center of our country we find the collective Foto Club Latacunga who are realizing projects of photographic artistic type with exhibitions and galleries. It is thus that the group proposes the realization of this type of proposals where the main objective is to have an active visual culture in the city of Latacunga, with projection to national and international events, for this the collective has signed an agreement with the house Of the core culture of Cotopaxi where photographic practices can be carried out with the members of the collective, thus applying the acquired knowledge, the photographs are published every month in an informative magazine of that institution. Annex 0.1 Cultural periodical The projects are aimed at professionals and photography lovers who are passionate about this art, each project has a duration of approximately 4 months each year, it is always planned the completion of the same to celebrate together with the festivities of the city.
