    This written work shows photography as a fundamental element in the advertising and promotion process for a tourist attraction such as the Lagunas del Mojanda; In order to repower this natural resource and at the same time raise awareness about the sustainable use and care of the environment, the use of photography is proposed as it is a direct visual communication medium that shows landscapes and environments, supporting us through a prior bibliographic research with conceptual bases develops field work gathering opinions and criteria provided by experts in the area and authorities responsible for communication at the canton level.
