    The present research detailed level job stress and job performance in service members of the UPC Zona Sur Tungurahua National Police; to determine the existence of occupational stress test in which they appreciated the high rate of job stress due to long working hours, since working sixteen hours a day on a rotating schedule of eight hours each applied, this directly affects the job performance since fatigue is taking over the police personnel; which is why to prevent the problem will increase in the institution implementing a Guide Active Breaks in the same proposed the application of practical exercises for different body parts, it is recommended they be given under the supervision of the official charge of each group after each day in an effort to avoid stress and job performance is optimal
