    In the Autonomous Decentralized Government Municipal Santiago de Píllaro an investigation was conducted to reviewers administrative area, about job satisfaction they possess and how this influences their professional performance, through surveys and informal interviews, which allowed them to register relevant to proceed with the proposed research information. The results obtained in this research projected relevant data, including highlights that the main reason that employees do not have effective performance is perceived dissatisfaction employees on several factors among which are; inadequate training related to the work area knowledge, the total failure of departmental objectives, uncomfortable environmental conditions, poor interpersonal relationships among coworkers and work overload, among others, all this affects the staff of the institution and also users of Town Santiago de Píllaro. Since these causes identified, we proceeded to develop an improvement plan for job satisfaction of employees in the administrative area of the institution, the same containing matrices with priority indicators, actions, compliance, observations which apply in time determined to improve the climate and the professional performance of the same, gaining users, employees and the institution.
