    AM Sport is a company that thinks about the needs of those people who like to exercise through the creation of a new product elaborated with the highest quality standards in the city of Ambato. The present project aims to stimulate with our participation both companies and society, take advantage of all existing resources and in this way to carry out successful projects that corroborate the continuous improvement. Through the development of the market study, demand and supply are established, with the method of data collection (survey), the price, the projection based on the inflation rate and all those marketing strategies established. Within the technical study is established the most optimal location for the project, optimal size of the plant and the hierarchical structure that composes it. Finally, in the economic study is developed and mainly all the monetary information is analyzed, which will allow us to know the feasibility of the same, with the implementation of the new production line in the company AM Sport. Based on these aspects, the entrepreneurship project is carried out through the creation of a new exclusive production line for gymnasium in microfiber antibacterial fabric that seeks to cover the highest percentage of potential unsatisfied demand, thus achieving great market participation and recognition of brand. Said process will be adjusted to an economic evaluation with the calculation of financial indicators in present and future time with which it will be possible to know the profitability of the enterprise.
