    Having to travel to different cities in Ecuador has become a routine action of a common citizen in everyday life. The fact of buying a ticket in the different points of sale in the land terminals implies the consumption of time by the passenger causing discomfort, crowds, overbooking of tickets in some occasions and insecurity since these points of sale can be places where crime can operate by handling money. With the development of a multiplatform application that helps to obtain tickets and online payment, we seek to solve the inconvenience of having to make the purchase in person at each point of sale of the Transport Cooperative CITA EXPRESS in the city of Ambato using the technology that is at our hands, optimizing the process in the purchase of tickets and security with the creation of a payment module in which the passenger can make his transaction with total confidence. Thanks to the XP methodology used for the development of the project, a close relationship was maintained with the user, which provided important information to obtain a quality product, thus fulfilling all the Passenger's expectations. This application influenced the decision making in the CITA EXPRESS Transportation Cooperative of the city of Ambato, showing a new market to expand to thanks to the help of cell phones, thus providing passengers with a new alternative to buy tickets with all the security.
