    This article is based on parameters established in regulations such as the Ecuadorian Construction Standard NEC-2015, ATC-40, FEMA-273, FEMA 360 which provide us with a series of recommendations necessary for the evaluation of structural vulnerability in an analytical way Highlighting the development of the spectrum with which it was designed, the spectrum of response of the Structure as well as the spectrum of Capacity in order to evidence what the behavior of the structure analyzed, the analyzed structural system consists of metallic porticoes composed of columns And beams of this material, concrete shoes and masonry divisions. In which it was verified that the operation of this building will be optimal in the event of an earthquake, since its performance guarantees that it is a safe structure, with its point of capacity located between the point IO and LS, which means that after an earthquake, And the damages will simply be in masonry and that these will be minimal without affecting the structural functionality of the building.
