Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2017) Aldás Mera, Ivonne Alexandra; Tamayo Vásquez, Fausto MauricioThe present research deals with the governability of the strategic actors of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito "Universidad Técnica de Ambato" Ltda. and its impact on organizational behavior. The people who make up the Corporate Government have the delegation of powers and autonomy over the administration, which facilitates or hinders the Institutional management by the decision making and the financial policies within the Cooperative, the same ones that promote development and sustainability of an institution, let’s say liquidity, profitability along with solvency, capitalization and risk management. The objective of the Policies chosen by the representatives, board of directors, supervisory board and committees is to prevent the classical financial risks of: credit, liquidity, operation, market and legal, in case of inefficient institutional policies and the ungovernability by the Representatives and Executives, are key factors so that the Superintendence of Popular Economy and Solidarity sends an official to carry out the pertinent investigations, proceeding to the closing, absorption or liquidation of the Institution. When there is autonomy of powers in a single person it can have the consequence of the instability of the different councils and committees, since the decisions taken violate the principles of Cooperatives, regulations and laws that are regulated. This results in the deterioration of the organizational climate, which affects the daily activities of the administrative staff, communication with the different councils and committees, the institutional image, and the relationship with the partners. Although the organizational climate is an intangible asset of an Institution, it affects the conduct and behavior of each individual within the organization. The directors of the organizations must try to maintain an adequate working environment, because it is an important factor for the stability and good functioning of the company.
