Parámetros de diseño interiorista del área de producción de ropa interior en la Empresa Textil Creaciones Leonard de la Ciudad de Ambato

El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como objetivo establecer los parámetros del diseño interiorista del área de producción de ropa interior en la empresa textil Creaciones Leonard en la Ciudad de Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua. El enfoque de la investigación es crítico-propositivo, del cual se distinguen dos modalidades bibliográfica o documental y de campo, debido a que primero se desarrolló una etapa de investigación científica para explorar los temas de interés del proyecto, y después se conoció el estado actual de la institución con respecto a los parámetros del diseño interior. El nivel o tipo de investigación es, exploratoria y descriptiva, con esto se realizó una búsqueda de la información con las personas involucradas, para llegar a la clasificación de elementos, formas, normativas que se necesitan establecer en el área de producción. Las técnicas utilizadas son: entrevista y observación, el fin de realizar las entrevistas fue para recopilar la información necesaria para realizar el análisis de datos que den paso a la comprobación de la hipótesis. Por último se elaboró una propuesta de diseño interior en base a los parámetros analizados e investigados, el documento reúne de manera conceptual las normativas correspondientes a la temática, las condicionantes ambientales del entorno, las características ergonómicas y funcionales de cada espacio que conforma en área de producción y los aspectos formales en base a la identidad corporativa.

Recognize the characteristics of the constructive system of social housing in the parish of Huambaló and Pelileo canton in the province of Tungurahua, in relation to the hygrothermal comfort generated, is a descriptive study of the attributes of the buildings and the benefits obtained inside, the perception of the people living in the houses built by MIDUVI was extracted, by means of techniques such as a survey, as well as instrumental measurement and interviews with specialists in the subject. The Scientific Method, the deduction and the analysis, are the predominant procedures in the work, although it also used Modeling as a complement for the design of the proposal. It was detected that the social housing is 10 years old, 75% occupied by families of 4 members, in a construction area of 35 to 50 m2, whose water comes from a permanent flow, in one of each three houses are productive activities such as clothing and trade, these spaces have different levels of humidity, the most humid being the kitchen and the living room, especially in its solid block walls, the roofs are fiber cement, galvanized metal, in so much that the floors are ceramic and / or wood. There is a deep relationship between the hygrothermal comfort and the construction system of homes, buildings that are colder at night and early morning by the strong night wind, which led to 13.1% of the buildings have been modified to optimize their temperature , instrumentally, it was detected that in 60% of the houses there is a relative humidity of 56 to 60%. The solution to the problem is the development of constructive strategies to improve living conditions in social housing.
