(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Diseño y Arquitectura. Carrera de Diseño de Espacios Arquitectónicos., 2021-10-01) Alajo Nuñez, Kelly Dayana; Núñez Torres, Sandra Hipatia
This research project was based on the analysis and interpretation of the configurative logic of community development habitats, achieving to evidence the design criteria that guide coexistence and collective action through the use of participatory methodologies, this information was collected through the analysis of references, bibliographic-documentary basis, and for this purpose, case studies and interviews with professionals were also used. The research also analyzed the dissociation between community development centers in the city of Ambato and the notion of community development habitat. Thus, the research seeks to articulate the practice of interior design, citizen participation and public management to the conception of community development habitats, through design criteria oriented to coexistence and collective action, arriving at the elaboration of a design application model that will guide the processes for the interior configuration of community development habitats.
