Judicial confession catalogued as the queen of proofs can produce distrust in law, by the some law that the judge has allowed the last word to make it valid or not following the rules of critical sane causing situations of legal uncertainty, violation of rights and no doubt procedural prejudice to the persons requesting materials that can be person applied to different instances
