dc.description	The main objective of this research is to determine the incidence of tourist signage on the Tungurahua Volcano route, considering that tourist activity in Ecuador is currently managed from another perspective and is considered by the national administration as a state policy. The insufficient provision of tourist facilities has been identified as problematic, specifically regarding the signage in tourist attractions, as a fundamental security action, orientation so that the tourist can feel safe about the path that they are going to take in the territory, having a knowledge more exact of the attractiveness you visit. A field investigation has been carried out as a modality, which highlights two fundamental actions, application of surveys, carried out on tourists who visit the community of Pondoa; Through the analysis, we can give a brief theoretical description, of causes and effects, that could be presented during the departure route to the arrival point, will be released. In conclusion, the most important thing is defined by the need for an adequate tourist signaling system that plays a very important role in the world, so it must have an adequate guidance, information and security system, it is designed following to the established requirements. in the Tourist Signage Manual of the Ministry of Tourism and in this way strengthen the tourist destination.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación, tiene como principal objetivo determinar la incidencia de la señalética turística de la ruta del Volcán Tungurahua, considerando que la actividad turística en el Ecuador en la actualidad es manejada desde otra perspectiva y es considerada por la administración nacional como política de Estado. Se ha identificado como problemática la insuficiente dotación de facilidades turísticas, específicamente respecto a la señalización en los atractivos turísticos, como una acción fundamental de seguridad y orientación para que el turista pueda sentirse seguro del sendero que va a tomar en el territorio, teniendo un conocimiento más exacto del atractivo que visita. Se ha realizado como modalidad una investigación de campo, misma que destaca dos acciones fundamentales, la aplicación de encuestas, realizada a los turistas que visitan la comunidad de Pondoa; y por medio del análisis se dará a conocer una breve descripción teórica de causas y efectos, que se podrían presentar durante el trayecto de salida al punto de llegada. En conclusión, lo más importante está definido por la necesidad de un sistema adecuado de señalización turística que juega un rol muy importante en el mundo, por lo que se debe tener un adecuado sistema de orientación, información y seguridad, se encuentra diseñada siguiendo los requisitos establecidos en el Manual de Señalización Turística del Ministerio de Turismo y de esta manera fortalecer el destino turístico.	es_ES
