| Resumen : | El presente trabajo investigativo se ejecutó en la Unidad Educativa “González Suarez” ubicado en la ciudad de Ambato, con la finalidad de conocer y analizar la gestión educativa y el aprendizaje de la lectoescritura en los estudiantes de la institución. Este estudio es importante porque permite conocer las fases y etapas en el proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje a través de la gestión educativa mejorando el ámbito académico: se planteó lo siguiente: analizar la gestión educativa y el aprendizaje de la lectoescritura en los estudiantes de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa “González Suárez”, por tanto se utilizó un método de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa; el nivel de investigación fue exploratoria y descriptiva por medio de artículos de revistas actualizadas; el diseño es no exploratoria de corte transversal y el alcance territorial fue de campo. La recolección de información se realizó a 15 docentes a través del cuestionario propuesto por el MINEDUC para gestión educativa y a 59 estudiantes a través del Test Tale 2000. Para la muestra estadística se aplicó el estadígrafo Chi- Cuadrado y se aceptó la hipótesis alternativa. | Descripción : | This research work was carried out in the "Gonzalez Suarez" Educational Unit located in the city of Ambato, with the purpose of knowing and analyzing the educational management and the learning of reading and writing in the students of the institution. This study is important because it allows knowing the phases and stages in the teaching-learning process through the educational management improving the academic environment: the following was proposed: to analyze the educational management and the learning of literacy in the students of General Basic Education of the Educational Unit "González Suárez", there fore a qualitative and quantitative research method was used; the research level was exploratory and descriptive by means of articles of updated magazines; the design is non-exploratory of transversal cut and the territorial scope was of field. Information was collected from 15 teachers through the questionnaire proposed by MINEDUC for educational management and from 59 students through the Tale 2000 Test. For the statistical sample, the Chi-square statistic was applied and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. Based on the results found, a manual of strategies that help to improve the learning of reading and writing through an adequate methodology is proposed. |
