| Abstract: | El presente análisis de caso tiene como objetivo principal evaluar la situación económica - financiera y la prospectiva de la empresa RMK COMPUTADORAS para determinar el desempeño empresarial. La metodología que se utilizó fue entrevistar al personal de la empresa fue el enfoque cuantitativo como en las fichas de observación y los estados financieros proporcionados por la empresa. Mediante las entrevistas que fueron aplicadas al personal de la empresa se pudo analizar el proceso de la toma de decisiones y la situación económica financiera durante la pandemia. Se compararon los años 2019, 2020 y 2021, identificando el crecimiento y decrecimiento de la mayoría de cuentas para el año 2020 mediante el análisis horizontal y vertical presentando los valores as altos, mientras que en los indicadores existen variaciones que no son significativas en liquidez, solvencia, rentabilidad y endeudamiento. Sus ventas para el 2020 han tenido un crecimiento comprado para el año anterior. Es así que existe un aumento de utilidad en la empresa debido a la buena toma de decisiones durante la pandemia. |
| Description: | The main objective of this case analysis is to evaluate the economic-financial situation and the prospective of the company RMK COMPUTADORAS to determine the business performance. The methodology used was to interview the company's staff using a quantitative approach such as observation sheets and financial statements provided by the company. Through the interviews that were applied to the company's staff, it was possible to analyze the decision-making process and the economic and financial situation during the pandemic. The years 2019, 2020 and 2021 were compared, identifying the growth and decrease of most accounts for the year 2020 through horizontal and vertical analysis presenting the highest values, while in the indicators there are variations that are not significant in liquidity, solvency, profitability and indebtedness. Its sales for 2020 have had a growth compared to the previous year. Thus, there is an increase in profitability in the company due to good decision making during the pandemic. |
